BSD is a growing and dynamic organization committed to operational excellence and financial integrity. We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to strengthen our finance department and ensure compliance with international financial standards.

Job Summary

The Senior Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, managing audit processes, handling taxation matters, and supervising accounts receivable and payable functions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting

Audit & Internal Controls

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies

Taxation

• Manage corporate tax matters and compliance
• Prepare and review tax filings and documentation
• Liaise with tax consultants and regulatory authorities

Accounts Management

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

Requirements

• ACCA Qualified / CA / CMA (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS
• Proven experience in audit roles
• Practical experience in taxation, finance, accounts receivable & payable
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
