Senior Finance Business Partner

Digitalcard-EC is seeking a highly strategic and commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business performance through financial insight, strategic planning, and close partnership with operational and leadership teams.

This role is ideal for a senior finance professional who excels at turning data into decisions, influencing business strategy, and supporting growth in a fast-evolving digital and fintech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and business units
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across key functions
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, performance insights, and actionable recommendations
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting tools
• Evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities
• Support pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Drive month-end and management reporting with variance analysis and commentary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and commercial units
• Support strategic projects, business cases, and financial modeling activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, business partnering, or FP&A roles
• Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and commercial finance
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in fintech, digital services, or technology-driven industries is a strong advantage
