Senior Finance Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, analytical rigor, and leadership skills to support our growth and investment strategies across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for real estate projects and corporate operations
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment analysis
• Manage financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with development, acquisitions, and asset management teams to evaluate project feasibility and ROI
• Monitor market trends, property valuations, and risk factors affecting portfolio performance
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Implement and improve internal controls, financial systems, and reporting tools

Qualifications

• Master’s in Finance, CA , CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in real estate
• Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics (IRR, NPV, cap rates, etc.)
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
