Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of financial strategy, reporting, and controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial planning, forecasting, and long term budgeting strategies.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across all operations.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, optimize cash flow, and manage financial risk effectively.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance and process consistency.
Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial position.
Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certification is an advantage.
Skills: Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and financial analysis.
Mindset: Detail oriented, analytical, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Pay: KD1,700.000 - KD2,500.000 per month
