Senior Finance Manager (Industrial/Trading Sector)

Job Summary:
B&B Blanes Industrial Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy, reporting, and controls within our industrial and trading operations in Doha. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial analysis and planning. What you'll do:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial statements, and month-end closing activities
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance across business units
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Manage audits, financial risk, and governance requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
• Oversee procurement finance, cost control, and inventory valuation (industrial/trading operations)
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team

Requirements:

• Experience in finance management within industrial, trading, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent)
