Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical, hands-on FP&A role at the heart of our business. This position partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Estimation, HR, and Bid teams to drive financial performance, improve margins, optimize cash flow, and modernize reporting through automation and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and board reports with insightful variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
• Monitor revenue, margins, and project profitability under IFRS 15
• Lead overhead analysis and cost optimization initiatives
• Support estimations, bid modelling, and scenario analysis
• Drive cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Build automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and Zoho Analytics
• Support audits, financial close processes, and strategic financial analysis

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent – part-qualified preferred)
• Experience in construction, contracting, fit-out, or project-based environments
• Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and automation
• Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments

Desired Skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
• Strong experience with Power BI, Zoho Analytics, and Power Query
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 and project revenue recognition
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
