Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Reports to: Director Financial Reporting

The Company

American Trailer World (“ATW”) is a leading diversified manufacturer, retailer and distributer of professional and consumer grade trailers, parts, and accessories in North America. ATW is North America’s largest vertically integrated trailer manufacturer, with an estimated market share of approximately 30% in the professional grade trailer industry. The company was formed through the combination of Big Tex and American Trailer Works in 2016. It conducts its operations and sells its products primarily through several well-recognized brands in the industry including Big Tex Trailers, CM Trailers, PJ Trailers, Carry-On Trailer, Trailer World, and RC Trailers. Its products are used in the agriculture, construction, landscaping, recreational, automotive, and general industrial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidation and financial reports including a monthly Statement of Cash Flows
• Prepare monthly flash reporting
• Prepare weekly cash activity and 13-week cash flow forecast
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual covenants in accordance with the company’s credit agreement
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial report including all footnotes
• Assist in development of Audit Committee materials
• Assist in development of Earnings Call materials
• Manage quarterly review process and annual audit with auditors
• Hyperion system admin (user access, new account maintenance, overseeing functionality, etc.)
• Assist with Unclaimed Property reporting
• Continuous improvement projects and other projects as needed

Experience and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA Preferred
• 3+ years of experience
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience with Hyperion and/or W-Desk is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to be adaptive to frequent changes in priorities, organization, and strategy; flexible to meet critical deadlines with short lead times
• A proactive, independent thinker who can figure things out with limited direction.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons.
