You will step into a high-impact FP&A role with executive exposure and cross-functional influence. In this role, you’ll:

• Turn C omplexity into S trategic C larity

C onsolidate multiple operating units into one cohesive financial story. You ’ll bring the full picture of labor, cost of sales, operational spend , and investment activity into focus.

• Own the F inancial E ngine

L ead close analytics, drive variance analysis, and build rolling forecasts that guide and empower decision-making. Your insights won’t sit in a deck; they will shape outcomes.

• Influence Our Investment Strategy

You’ll c ollaborate with Finance, Strategy, Marketing and Operations to evaluate growth opportunities and capital allocation. S ee how decisions are made and have a voice in shaping our strategic direction.

• Build Scale While Growing Your Scope

Refine budgeting processes, elevate modeling capabilities, and help design and strengthen our financial infrastructure . You’ll begin with operational and cost analytics, leading to a path into revenue, cashflow , and broader financial leadership over time.

• This is a hybrid role, preference for candidates living in the Portland Metro area
• B achelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate or operations finance, with demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis required
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems required
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.) required
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau) and financial reporting tools preferred
• Ability and experience working on cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems
