The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. This role will own the development of reporting outputs, executive-ready presentations that drive faster decision-making by simplifying complex financial information.
Operating in close partnership with FP&A leadership, this position places an emphasis on speed, clarity, and business impact—ensuring that financial reporting is not only accurate, but strategically relevant and immediately actionable.

Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including actuals versus budget analysis, forecasts, and trend analysis.

Analyze and report on all components of the profit and loss statement, including revenue, expenses, and margins.

Develop and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management reporting tools.

Ensure a consistently high standard of accuracy, quality, and timeliness across all financial deliverables.

Partner with internal stakeholders to explain financial results and provide clear, data-driven insights.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance trends and communicate findings to FP&A leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

4–7 years experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance

Advanced Excel including modeling, scenario analysis, data structuring required. This will be tested

Proficiency utilizing PowerPoint for presentations required

Proven ability to simplify complex data into clear insights

Strong business judgment beyond technical skill

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sage Intacct / Adaptive / similar tools
