Job Overview

Final Tier LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and business performance evaluation.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support decision-making by providing financial insights, analyzing trends, preparing forecasts, and contributing to strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Analyze business performance, financial trends, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare financial models, reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
• Support long-term planning, investment evaluations, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor variances and provide insights to improve financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting cycles, financial planning, and risk assessments.
• Support management reporting and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and financial strategy.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
