Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, variance analysis, and storytelling through data to drive informed decision-making across leadership.

Job Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst

• Perform detailed variance analysis across cost, revenue, and cash flow, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Manage and analyze accruals and prepaids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT Finance, to support financial planning and reporting
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
• Work with large data sets in Excel to build models, reports, and dashboards
• Identify discrepancies in financial results and develop structured approaches to investigate and resolve issues
• Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes

Job Requirements for the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Proven experience with accruals, prepaids, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and data filtering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership
