We're looking for a highly analytical
Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Analysis
to partner with business leaders and help drive financial performance across a large, complex organization. In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with Commercial leadership, Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams to deliver meaningful financial insights, influence business decisions, and support forecasting and long-term strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Commercial leadership and Finance to analyze business performance, forecasts, and financial plans across the U.S. business.

Deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help leadership make informed strategic decisions.

Identify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis and recommend actionable solutions.

Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives, capital investments, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities, including IRR and EVA analyses.

Analyze complex financial and operational data from SAP and other business systems to identify key performance drivers and value creation opportunities.

Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Corporate Finance to ensure financial results and forecasts are accurate, complete, and well understood.

Support executive reporting and provide analysis for quarterly and annual internal and external reporting requirements.

Contribute to commercial analytics, pricing analysis, and volume benchmarking initiatives.

Provide data and insights to support corporate financial planning, benchmarking, and performance improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted financial business partner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience are a plus.

Experience working within a large manufacturing or industrial organization is preferred.

Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX-controlled environments is beneficial.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

Willingness to travel up to 5%.
