Position Overview

Lambert Financial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support services in support of federal financial operations. The role includes supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial data integrity.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations Support

• Support preparation of Statements of Work and related documentation
• Provide financial strategy support including analysis and recommendations
• Process obligations and de-obligations
• Support invoice processing and monitoring of undelivered orders
• Provide customer service related to payment status

Travel Support

• Process travel authorizations and vouchers
• Review travel documentation and reconcile travel accounts
• Support travel audits and respond to customer inquiries

Accounts Receivable & Agreements

• Generate and process invoices
• Support reimbursable agreement processing
• Perform billing adjustments and collections processing
• Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger

Financial Statements & Reporting

• Support preparation of financial reports and external reporting
• Post journal entries
• Analyze financial data and identify trends
• Support year-end and start-of-year financial activities
• Support audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, travel, agreements, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ability to analyze financial data and support financial statement preparation
• Knowledge of federal financial processes and reporting requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $50.00 per hour
