Job title: Senior Financial Analyst (Florham Park, NJ)

Budget & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Support the development of budget templates and integrate input from business units. Financial Modeling: Create and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives. Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis against budget/forecast, and provide business insights to leadership. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline FP&A processes through automation and enhanced data tools, including Power BI and Excel automation (VBA a plus). Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct in-depth ad hoc financial analyses to support cross-functional projects and executive-level decision making. $148678.00/year

Requirements: Master’s degree in Finance, business, or a closely related field. 36 months of experience in a Financial Position in a Public Company, its branch office, or its subsidiary/affiliate company.
