Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the finance industry. This position is responsible for financial analysis duties supporting both Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Development. Under minimal supervision, responsibilities include both project-based and daily/monthly activities supporting these functions. This position may provide guidance to other PFIQ employees in support of producing high quality, timely and accurate results. Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Chief Operating Officer??.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 years in software industry corporate finance
  • Experience in healtech is preferred
  • CFA/CPA

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
  • Advanced Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud comfortable configuring dashboards, creating reports
  • GAAP revenue recognition for SaaS software, Implementation, and service projects
  • Capacity to perform analysis while understanding big picture implications and willingness to solve problems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides analytical support to PFIQ's corporate financial functions including various scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine recurring financial analyses and reports to drive decision making
  • Implement automation tools to streamline reporting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers affecting revenue, cost, and profitability
  • Analyze contract performance, operational metrics, and financial trends, presenting findings to management and financial stakeholders
  • Participates in the development of presentations and other materials to key stakeholders including executive management, the Board of Directors, rating agencies, and investment community
  • Contributes to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis at the request of various levels of management under direct supervision.

Skills and Competencies

  • Self-starter with a natural sense of urgency, curiosity, and initiative
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including problem-solving and structured thinking.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Comfort with change and continuous improvement in a scaling startup environment
