• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Previous experience of 4-8 years within Finance function (Finance/Audit/Business Analysis or FP&A role) is a plus
• Advisory experience in Big 4 is an asset.
• SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Task-oriented and capable of working with strict deadlines
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Result-oriented, successful in business follow-up and conclusion, able to work in coordination and effectively with different business units in problem solving
• Team player, dynamic, proactive profile with hands-on approach
• Strong communication and organization skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

If the requirements are met, then your job description is below;

• Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units in order to determine upcoming business opportunities and risks
• Participate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models.
• Taking responsibility for the roll-out, documentation, problem-solving, testing and validation of all new business processes
• Provide support to business units on current and past projects and requests.
• Collaborate and liaison with commercial and operational units in budgeting and forecasting process
• To ensure that the deviations on Opex and Capex accounts are analysed and interpreted by comparing the monthly actual results with previous months/budget
• To responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results for assigned functional areas
• Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports
• To ensure the preparation of periodic or adhoc reports requested by senior management and management units within tight deadlines
• Performing research and analysis as required
• To monitor and evaluate financial information and its impact on business.
