Senior Financial Consultant – System Migration

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA) with experience in finance system migration and transformation projects. The role involves supporting the end-to-end migration of financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

System Migration & Accounting

• Support financial system migration (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Yardi) and resolve data, implementation, and reporting gaps.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Oversee project cost accounting and ensure financial visibility against budgets.
• Manage cash flow monitoring and forecasting.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in compliance with IFRS.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and insights for management review.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure regulatory and tax compliance.

Budget & Cost Management

• Monitor budget adherence and highlight potential overspending.
• Recommend and implement cost optimization initiatives.

Risk & Controls

• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Ensure strong internal controls and confidentiality of financial information.

Automation & ERP

• Support ERP implementation and accounting automation, including dashboards, digital processes, and AI-driven solutions.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with procurement, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5–8 years of experience in financial consulting, ERP implementation, or finance system migration
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reconciliations, budgeting, and month-end closing
• Understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
