The Mandate

TSJTMK Solutions is seeking an elite Senior Financial Modeler to join our strategic planning division in Auqad. We are looking for a "master architect" of data—someone who can translate complex industrial projects, infrastructure investments, and market variables into sophisticated, dynamic financial models. Your work will provide the mathematical foundation for our executive decisions, ensuring that every venture we undertake in the Dhofar region is backed by rigorous sensitivity analysis and precise valuation.

Core Responsibilities

• Advanced Model Engineering: Design, build, and maintain complex, cell-based financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A, and Project Finance) from scratch, ensuring they are flexible, scalable, and audit-ready.
• Investment Appraisal: Lead the financial evaluation of new industrial projects and capital expenditures, providing internal rates of return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and payback period analyses.
• Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Develop "What-If" stress tests to evaluate the impact of fluctuating material costs, interest rates, and labor market shifts on the group’s profitability.
• Corporate Planning Support: Partner with the CFO and executive team to produce the five-year strategic plan, translating operational goals into long-term financial forecasts.
• Capital Structure Optimization: Model various financing scenarios, including debt-service coverage ratios (DSCR) and equity returns, to advise on the most efficient funding structures for industrial expansion.
• Board-Level Reporting: Distill complex model outputs into high-level executive dashboards and presentations, providing clear narratives on value drivers and financial risks.

Professional Profile

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in financial modeling, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Power Query) and experience with financial simulation software (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations).
• Mandatory Qualifications: CFA charterholder or a Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of modeling for the industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to best practices in spreadsheet engineering (FAST or similar standards).
• Bilingual Excellence: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is essential for interpreting regional contracts and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
