Senior Financial Operations Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead daily financial operations, reporting, and operational finance activities
• Develop and implement financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, operational expenses, and financial performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting standards
• Oversee accounts operations, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Collaborate with leadership teams on financial planning and operational strategy
• Analyze operational data and prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
• Manage finance operations staff and support cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and external stakeholders when required

Requirements:

• Experience in financial operations, finance management, or financial services operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and operational controls
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple financial priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
