Educational Qualifications

Experience

• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in profitability and performance management, with a focus on financial analysis and decision-making support.
• Prior experience in the utilities, power, or energy sectors is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced expertise in profitability analysis, corporate financial modeling, and segment analysis.
• Strong command of decision support tools for performance benchmarking, analysis, and scenario planning.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Demonstrated ability to perform sensitivity analysis and assess financial impacts of strategic options.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics techniques, including big data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and corporate performance management platforms.
• Knowledge of global financial management trends and industry best practices.
• Capacity to assess opportunities and challenges through business case development
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Capacity to generate actionable insights to influence high-level decision-making.
