Job Purpose: The Financial Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for preparing variance analyses, financial statements, margin and sales performance reports, and ensuring compliance with internal reporting standards and external regulatory frameworks (IFRS/GAAP). The role also contributes to budgeting and forecasting activities, supports audit processes, and drives continuous improvement in reporting systems and processes. By providing clear, data-driven financial insights, the analyst supports business performance tracking across multiple channels, including retail, e-commerce, distributors, and export markets.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare variance analysis reports and investigate significant movements against budget and prior periods.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports aligned with internal management needs and external statutory requirements (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Track and analyze sales performance across retail stores, distributors, e-commerce, and export markets.
  • Prepare margin analysis by product line, category, and sales channel.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with actual performance reports .
  • Ensure all reporting is compliant with group reporting standards.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and responding to auditor queries.
  • Contribute to process improvements in the financial reporting function, including automation and system upgrades.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (completed or in progress) is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting roles, ideally in a manufacturing, or retail environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel ;Power BI& Power query.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g.,, Oracle,) and POS/e-commerce data integration.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exposure to group reporting or multi-entity consolidation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality reporting under pressure.
