Looking for an experienced Fire Fighting/Fire Alarm Technician in Project/Fit out Division
Responsibilities
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Fighting Systems (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, FM200 / clean agent systems).
- Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems, CMS System(conventional & addressable).
- Reading and interpreting approved shop drawings, layout drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Carrying out cable laying, termination, loop checking, and device installation.
- Conducting hydrostatic testing, flushing, and system pressure testing.
- Coordination with project engineers, supervisors, and other subcontractors at site.
- Ensuring compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., Civil Defense regulations).
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Preparing test reports, inspection reports, and work completion documents.
- Attending inspections with consultants and authorities when required.
- Identifying and rectifying system faults and technical issues on site.
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed during installation and testing works.
- Material handling and ensuring proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Supporting project handover and final commissioning activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good Communication Skills And Reporting Capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Civil Defense Technician Certification and Driving License required.
