Senior Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Technician - Fitout/Project Division

Looking for an experienced Fire Fighting/Fire Alarm Technician in Project/Fit out Division

Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Fighting Systems (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, FM200 / clean agent systems).
• Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems, CMS System(conventional & addressable).
• Reading and interpreting approved shop drawings, layout drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Carrying out cable laying, termination, loop checking, and device installation.
• Conducting hydrostatic testing, flushing, and system pressure testing.
• Coordination with project engineers, supervisors, and other subcontractors at site.
• Ensuring compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., Civil Defense regulations).
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Preparing test reports, inspection reports, and work completion documents.
• Attending inspections with consultants and authorities when required.
• Identifying and rectifying system faults and technical issues on site.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed during installation and testing works.
• Material handling and ensuring proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Supporting project handover and final commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good Communication Skills And Reporting Capabilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Civil Defense Technician Certification and Driving License required.
