Senior Fire Fighting Technician

Safad Trading Est. is seeking highly experienced and professional Fire Fighting Technicians to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5–10 years of proven experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems and Life Safety Systems.

- Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems

- Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems

- FM-200 Systems

- IG-541 Systems

- Novec 1230 Systems

- CO₂ Fire Suppression Systems

- Fire Extinguishers (All Types)

- Fire Water Storage Tanks

- Landing Valves & Breeching Inlets

- Control Valves & Alarm Valves

- Flow Switches & Pressure Switches

- Fire Department Connections (FDC)

- VESDA Systems

- Special Hazard Fire Protection Systems

Responsibilities:

- Installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all fire fighting systems.

- Inspection and maintenance of fire pump rooms and associated equipment.

- Preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.

- Reading and understanding shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical specifications.

- Ensuring compliance with NFPA Standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and Civil Defence requirements.

- Coordinating with Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Civil Defence Authorities.

- Leading site technicians and ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

- Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Fire Code.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Candidates:

Only candidates with genuine hands-on experience in Fire Fighting Systems installation and maintenance will be considered.
