Senior Firmware Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Firmware Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of SNS (SerDes Networking Solutions) Firmware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, debug, and maintain SNS Firmware

• Work with embedded systems and ensure efficient integration with hardware and firmware teams

• Collaborate across disciplines to support seamless system-level functionality

• Work on customer configuration generation, test and support field applications/use cases

• Document use case configuration components clearly and accurately

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Firmware and ROM development

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python

• Familiarity with embedded Linux systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience is required

• BS or MS Computer/Electrical Engineering is a must

• Experience with the I2C, GPIO, and SPI drivers

• Knowledge of or experience working with CSI-2 and eDP interfaces is a plus

• Background in embedded systems development in automotive and/or industrial automation

• Familiarity of ASIL-B and ASPICE development is a plus

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:

$130,600 to $179,600 annually
