Senior Fit-Out Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fit-Out Estimator to join our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on estimating experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or high-end residential fit-out projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate BOQs and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, finishes, MEP items, and furniture.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare tender submissions, pricing summaries, and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
• Carry out value engineering to optimize cost without affecting quality.
• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required.
• Identify risks, missing information, and cost impacts.
• Update cost databases and maintain estimation records.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing items, joinery, MEP for interiors, and project execution processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Excel, and estimating software.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
