Senior Fit-Out Supervisor – Joinery & Metal Works

HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is looking for an experienced Metal & Wood Supervisor with an engineering background to supervise workshop production and site installation works for interior fit-out and joinery projects.

The candidate should have practical experience in metal fabrication, wood/joinery works, and interior fit-out execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise metal fabrication and joinery production activities.

Manage workshop workers and site installation teams.

Read and understand technical and shop drawings.

Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and production staff.

Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work.

Monitor material usage and daily site/workshop activities.

Resolve technical and production-related issues.

Ensure safety procedures are followed at site and workshop.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related field).

3–5 years of experience in metal works, joinery, and interior fit-out projects.

Knowledge of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and wood/joinery works.

Ability to supervise teams and manage daily operations.

Good communication and leadership skills.

UAE experience preferred.
