We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Operations Manager role with a well-established, high-growth distribution organization. This position owns delivery performance, operational efficiency, and real KPI improvement across a high-volume fleet.

What You’ll Lead:

·  Daily delivery operations from dispatch to completion

·  Driver performance, coaching, and accountability

·  Live route monitoring and operational adjustments

·  KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

·  Labor, fuel, and maintenance cost optimization

Key Metrics You’ll Impact:

• On-Time Delivery %

• Cost Per Mile

• Cost per Delivery

• Deadhead / Non-Productive Miles

• Stops per Hour

• Clock-In to Route Start Efficiency

• Gross Profit Dollars (GPD) per delivery

Ideal Background:

• Fleet, transportation, or last-mile delivery leadership

• Strong operational and analytical mindset

• Experience improving logistics performance through data

• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced distribution environments

• Background in electrical distribution, industrial supply, or high-volume delivery environments is a plus

Compensation:

$130K – $140K base salary (DOE)

OTE Year 1 $160k - $180k
