Position: Sr. Flexcube Technical Consultant / Functional Consultant

Flexcube Version: 14.x (Migration experience mandatory: 12.x → 14.x)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Flexcube Technical/Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core Banking Modules and Flexcube version 12.x to 14.x migration projects.
The ideal candidate should come from a Flexcube product background with hands-on experience in modules like OBBRN, OBTFPM, OBPM, and various core banking areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively across Core Banking Modules:

CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives), Payments

• Execute and support Flexcube migration from 12.x to 14.x
• Provide deep technical & functional expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE products
• Review end-to-end implementation artifacts—functional and technical
• Analyze user requirements and convert them into functional/technical specs
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, apply fixes/workarounds
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and leadership
• Evaluate design specifications (functional & technical) thoroughly
• Ensure smooth implementation or support of core banking applications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 20 years of hands-on experience in Flexcube (Technical/Functional)
• Strong understanding of modules:

CASA, Core Banking, CL, OBPM, OBCL, OBBRN, Loan Origination

• Proven experience in Core Banking Systems Analysis (SDLC lifecycle)
• Expertise in at least one banking domain:
• CASA + Term Deposits
• Loans
• Trade Finance
• Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives)
• Payments
• Experience implementing or supporting core banking applications
• Strong documentation skills (functional & non-functional specifications)
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and leadership

Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£6,500.00 per month
