About the Position

• Conceive and execute innovative designs for high-profile events, weddings, VIP clients, and exclusive installations.
• Lead the creation of unique, meaningful funeral tributes and sympathy arrangements for New Orleans’ largest and most distinguished funeral homes.
• Collaborate with a team of industry-leading floral designers—mentoring, inspiring, and sharing artistry at the highest level.
• Build direct client relationships, including with funeral directors, translating vision and emotion into beautiful arrangements.

What Sets You Apart

• 5+ years experience in luxury/high-end floral design (portfolio required).
• Specialty experience in funeral and sympathy arrangements for large or prestigious funeral homes is a major plus.
• Expert-level skills in advanced floral techniques, premium event work, and custom memorial designs.
• Empathy, discretion, and client rapport that shines in both celebratory and sensitive settings.
• Strong portfolio with consistent innovation and a record of industry recognition.
