Senior Florist

We’re looking for a skilled production florist to create high-volume floral arrangements with speed and consistency. You’ll work with fresh flowers, follow design recipes, and help prep for stores. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow floral recipes to make arrangements
• Prep flowers (clean, cut, hydrate)
• Keep workstations tidy and supplies stocked
• Ensure quality and freshness of all designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a florist (senior-level).
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and design techniques.
• good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Production/Sales Florist: 5 years (Preferred)
