Job description

• Flower arrangement creation
• Selling flowers in the store
• Ensure an adequate availability of flowers to meet daily sales and customer needs
• Shift opening and closing
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company-issued uniform
• Maintaining cleanliness in the refrigerator, caring for flowers
• Maintain and refresh flower arrangements in the storefront
• Care for and water the plants in the store
• Responsible for visual display of flowers
• Create floral décor and lead floral installation for the hotels, lobbies, weddings, funerals, corporate events, birthday and everyday order and other as specified by the company and follow the standing order of the customers
• Conduct inventory
• Order flowers from suppliers as needed

· Photography of New Arrangements
· Preparing orders taken from website/ Instagram/ WhatsApp
· Communication with clients on platforms, provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

• Working with couriers
• Ensure proper communication of project status, timelines, and delivery information to clients
• Ensure that all design meet or exceed client standards and expectations
• Advice customers on cost, color, care, vases and bloom longevity
• Responsible for creating a new floral design
• Have a good understanding of floral, decor, and art assortments
• Preparing financial reports, collecting documentation, preparing tax invoices
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are within the allocated budget and deadlines are meet for clients’ requirements
• Assistance in creating content for social media and promotions
• Stay updated on current floral trends, design techniques, and seasonal availability of flowers. Continuously improve your floral design skills and explore new arrangement styles.
• Work as a florist at off-site events as needed
• It is necessary to coordinate the work schedule with the store administrator
• ​​The showroom must be opened on time, otherwise it will result in penalties
• Handle request for predesigned arrangement and custom orders
• It is necessary to send photo reports of all completed bouquets
• Sending videos of the store opening/closing in real-time mode
• Providing daily financial reports to the administrator
• Working 6 days a week

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer
• Strong knowledge of different flowers and their care requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Creative and artistic with attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Software Skills

• Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
• Social Media.

Experience:

• Florist: 4 years (Required)
