Cataleya Flowers is a premium flower boutique specializing in elegant, modern floral arrangements and luxury gifting. We are looking for a talented and creative Russian-speaking florist who is passionate about flowers, aesthetics, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and assemble bouquets, floral arrangements, and gift compositions according to company standards.
• Work with fresh flowers and ensure proper flower care and conditioning.
• Prepare arrangements for delivery while maintaining presentation quality.
• Assist customers with bouquet selection and floral recommendations.
• Handle custom orders and special event requests.
• Take photos and videos of completed arrangements when required.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian language (English is an advantage).
• Previous experience as a florist (minimum 3 year preferred).
• Knowledge of flower varieties and care techniques.
• Ability to create modern, stylish, and luxury floral arrangements.
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with premium flower boutiques.
• Knowledge of social media content creation for floristry.
• Basic photography skills for product photos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
