Senior Flutter Developer

About Us:

We are building a multitask management app using Flutter, with features like task management, meeting scheduling, report generation, and data analysis. We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to manage the oversight of Flutter app development, and handle large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of the Flutter mobile app (Android & iOS).
• Build scalable UI with responsive layouts, animations, and reusable components.
• Optimise app performance, memory usage, and API communication.
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Work closely with the backend team to finalize API contracts and data structures.
• Manage app deployment pipelines (Play Store / App Store).
• Mentor junior Flutter developers and perform code reviews.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter experience (Dart, Riverpod/Bloc/GetX).
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and scalable architecture (MVC, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with: State management, Multi-module architectures, Offline storage (Hive/SQLite), Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics)

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Node.js or Django.
• Database knowledge: PostgreSQL / MySQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
• Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices concepts.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, or BI tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
