Location: On-site “Coimbatore” (No Remote Work)
Experience: 4 to 7 years of Experience in Flutter Development with strong backend technologies.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Flutter Developer to lead the enhancement of our next-generation with strong backend technologies. You’ll be responsible for developing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to healthcare and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust Flutter-based mobile applications
• Architect complex UI components and manage app state efficiently
• Implement offline-first functionality and advanced features such as biometrics, video delivery, and RBAC
• Integrate seamlessly with AWS services (Cognito, AppSync, Lambda, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accessibility standards
• Provide technical insights and contribute to continuous app innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with good communication skills in English language
• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart
• Solid understanding of healthcare domain standards (HIPAA, data privacy)
• Proficiency in state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, Redux)
• Experience with local databases (Hive, Isar, SQLite), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in healthcare or fitness applications

• Familiarity with AWS Amplify, Cognito, AppSync, Firebase Analytics, HealthKit, and Google Fit
• Expertise in biometric authentication, RBAC, adaptive streaming, video content, and telehealth integrations
• Understanding of machine learning–based personalization and user engagement features
