Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer who will serve as the subject matter expert for mobile application development. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of cross-platform mobile apps while defining best practices and collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Development & Leadership

• Act as the subject matter expert for mobile app development, guiding design thinking, coding practices, and deployment processes.
• Own and lead the delivery of major mobile app features, foundations, and full application solutions.
• Define and evolve team-wide mobile development standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable Flutter/Dart code.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA to build high-quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Work within an Agile environment—participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate and manage internal and external requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide constructive feedback during all phases of the software lifecycle.

Technical Execution

• Build responsive UI/UX, animations, and smooth user flows using Flutter and Dart.
• Integrate apps with REST APIs, OAuth2/OpenID Connect authentication, Firebase services, and other cloud components.
• Implement state management using Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or similar tools.
• Handle push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification Service (APNs).
• Ensure app performance, stability, and seamless user experience across multiple devices.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automatic build, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in Flutter.
• Strong command of Flutter, Dart, and cross-platform development fundamentals.
• Excellent knowledge of state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Hands-on experience integrating OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, REST APIs, and backend services.
• Experience with Push Notifications (Firebase/APNs).
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles, animations, and UI/UX best practices.
• Proficient in debugging, performance optimization, and testing Flutter apps.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, mobile automation, and mobile security best practices.
• Experience working with Firebase, GraphQL, or similar cloud services.
• Must have experience working with overseas clients.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and diverse team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud environments or backend development.
• Experience publishing mobile apps to Google Play and Apple App Store.
