About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flutter Developer to build high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into robust mobile experiences using Flutter, while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end mobile features and continuously improve the mobile application experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into high-quality mobile interfaces
• Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable Dart code following best practices
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and stability across devices
• Debug, optimize, and resolve application issues and crashes
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver complete product features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
• Prepare applications for deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development
• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience building and deploying apps for both Android and iOS
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive layouts
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working on product-based mobile applications
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM)
• Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development workflows
• Familiarity with mobile app security and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
