Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to lead core planning cycles, drive portfolio performance insights, and deliver board‑ready analysis across Multiply Group and its portfolio companies. The role will focus on ensuring driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensure disciplined performance management across Multiply Group and its portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of FP&A with dedicated focus on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and day-to-day reporting.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range plan models; build driver-based, integrated P&L/BS/CF and maintain version control.
  • Lead detailed variance analysis (YoY, vs. budget/forecast), clearly articulating bridges, risks/opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and executive deliverables with high editorial standards and on-time accuracy.
  • Business-partner with subsidiaries to understand and report operational KPIs into financial outcomes.
  • Produce monthly performance dashboards and management reports for senior leadership using Power BI (and adjacent tools), with crisp, decision-ready storytelling.
  • Provide financial insight to support cost optimization, value-creation initiatives, and investment/M&A tracking.
  • Drive adoption of AI automation and emerging technologies to improve reporting speed, data quality, and personal/team productivity.


Skills & Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field is required; MBA or Master’s degree is strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong experience in consolidating multi-business financials into Group-level planning
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior executives
  • Ability to learn new technologies, including AI tools, and apply them for business impact
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and scenario planning skills
  • Exceptional experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with PowerBI
