Senior FP&A Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Doha office. This role is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive data-informed business decisions across retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Analyze sales, margins, inventory, and operational performance across retail channels
• Prepare monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis
• Provide actionable insights to support pricing, promotions, and business decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance trends
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and merchandising teams to improve financial outcomes
• Conduct scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and Excel-based analysis
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with IFRS and financial reporting principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
