WHAT WILL YOU DO
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Check in guests, match with bookings and accept walk in members and guests if tables are available
- Assist members and guests with changes, special requirements and any other requests as much as possible but without compromising the service flow, and always add notes on the booking
- Make sure members and guests are offered cloakroom service, accept guests' possessions and ensure the cloakroom is secure at all times
- Be fully aware of opening times and have a full and up-to-date knowledge of Club s products and services
- Provide a quick and efficient service for all members and guests
- Make sure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout service to maximize guests' expectations
- Maintain personal knowledge of all Club s members and refresh your knowledge constantly
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
- Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time
