Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of responsive, user centric web interfaces for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
• Take ownership of translating complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and high performance front end code.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and high standards in front end development.
• Drive the technical direction of front end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Lead efforts to optimize web applications for speed, performance, and cross browser compatibility.
• Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of design concepts and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee front end integration for SEO, CRO, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Participate in the review and feedback process to align design and development goals.
• Take the lead in optimizing websites for performance, scalability, and speed.
• Ensure best practices for responsive design across all devices and implement accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Stay on top of web performance trends and incorporate the latest optimization techniques.
• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to update content, layouts, and page templates.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for CMS related issues and challenges.
• Ensure robust testing of front end features across multiple browsers and devices.
• Lead efforts in identifying and fixing UI bugs and front end issues.
• Continuously enhance quality assurance processes.
• Stay updated with the latest front end development technologies and frameworks.
• Lead by example, actively participating in code reviews and fostering continuous learning.
• Participate in professional development programs and share insights with the broader team.

Experience Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in front end development, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
• Strong experience in developing responsive, high quality user interfaces; experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Hands on experience with front end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of modern front end development practices.
• Strong familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, and familiarity with custom theme and plugin development.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, cross browser compatibility, and mobile first development.
• Expertise in front end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) and CSS preprocessors/frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, image optimization, and minimizing JavaScript bundle sizes.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools, package managers (npm, yarn), and bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices related to front end development.

• Excellent problem solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions for healthcare, medical, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing them in large scale applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
