Job Overview

Linvex Solutions is hiring a Senior Front-End Developer who is genuinely exceptional at what they do. You will be joining a small, fast-moving team of senior specialists building real, live products for UK and international markets.

This is a high-ownership role. You will be responsible for architecting and owning the entire front-end experience across multiple products simultaneously. The interfaces you build will be seen by paying clients, investors, and end users — they need to be fast, polished, and professional without exception.

If you need micromanagement, settle for good enough, or cannot work at pace — this is not the role for you.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain pixel-perfect responsive front-end interfaces across multiple live products

Translate Figma designs into production-ready, high-performance code

Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems from scratch

Ensure full cross-browser and cross-device compatibility at all times

Own Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, and front-end performance standards

Collaborate directly with back-end developers for clean, efficient API integration

Lead front-end code reviews and enforce quality standards across the team

Make independent architectural decisions and take full ownership of the front-end codebase

Required Skills

Core

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) — must be at an expert level

React.js and Next.js — required, not optional

Tailwind CSS — strongly required

Responsive and mobile-first design — non-negotiable

TypeScript — required

UI & Design

Expert ability to work directly from Figma designs

Ability to implement smooth, professional animations and micro-interactions (Framer Motion or GSAP)

Deep understanding of typography, spacing, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

Experience building and maintaining design systems

Performance & Quality

Advanced web performance optimisation — lazy loading, code splitting, caching, tree shaking

Core Web Vitals and SEO-aware front-end development

Full cross-browser compatibility and advanced debugging

Clean, well-documented, maintainable, scalable code — always

State Management & Architecture

Redux, Zustand, or Recoil

Context API and custom hooks

Strong understanding of front-end architecture patterns

Additional Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of professional, verifiable senior front-end experience

Strong Git discipline, branching strategies, and version control best practices

Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Deployment experience on Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

Experience working in a fast-paced product environment with multiple concurrent projects

Nice to Haves

Experience with WebSockets or real-time data front-ends (dashboards, live feeds)

Familiarity with SaaS product UI patterns and dashboard design

Exposure to AI-powered or data-heavy product interfaces

Basic understanding of back-end concepts for smoother collaboration

Experience with Storybook for component documentation

Contributions to open source projects
