Senior Front Office Operations Manager

Job Summary

Pune Composite Industrial Services is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Front Office Operations Manager to oversee front office administration, customer support coordination, and daily operational workflows across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys leading customer-facing teams, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality service standards in a fast-paced business environment. What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily front office and administrative support operations
  • Manage reception workflows, scheduling coordination, and customer service activities
  • Supervise front office staff performance and operational support functions
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor customer service quality and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain efficient front office operations
  • Prepare operational reports, administrative summaries, and performance updates for leadership
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for front office teams
  • Maintain accurate operational records, scheduling systems, and customer documentation
  • Coordinate visitor management and client-facing administrative support activities
  • Improve operational procedures related to customer experience and office management
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to front office operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in front office operations, administrative management, customer service leadership, or hospitality operations
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing customer-facing workflows and operational support activities
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Professional and customer-focused approach to operational leadership
  • Experience with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and operational reporting tools preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
