Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a front-end team of up to 10 engineers across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive architecture decisions, ensure design consistency, and conduct regular code reviews.
• Develop performant, SEO-friendly front-ends using modern frameworks (React, SSGs).
• Collaborate with UX/UI and backend teams to deliver aligned, high-quality features.
• Champion accessibility, responsive design, and performance best practices.
• Report directly to the Head of Engineering and contribute to engineering frameworks and architecture.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3; experience with PHP/Python and early frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with static site frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby, Astro, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and motivating engineers.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows, preferably with Vercel.
