Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React.js and Next.js .
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
• Implement best practices in web development, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Nextjs development.
• Excellent communication skills and proven experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with product managers , product designers , and QA teams.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , React.js , and Next.js .
• Deep understanding of React hooks , context API , server-side rendering (SSR) , and static site generation (SSG) .
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , SCSS , and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-components, Emotion).
• Excellent pixel-perfect UX implementation and responsive design skills.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience with GraphQL .
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Redux , Recoil , or Zustand .
• Knowledge of Next.js features such as routing, API routes, middleware, and incremental static regeneration (ISR).
• Experience with component libraries (e.g., Ant Design , Material-UI , Tailwind CSS ) and design systems.
• Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , Docker , and cloud deployments (AWS/Vercel/Netlify) .
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest , React Testing Library , and Cypress .
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, PostHog) and experimentation workflows.
• Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data handling.
• Experience integrating third-party services and SDKs.
• Exposure to micro-frontends and scalable frontend architecture.
