Profile Overview:

We are looking for passionate and keen-eyed front-end developers with experience in React JS for a major project to join our creative front end development team who can add optimization and efficiency to the user experience and maintain the brand consistency across all web pages of the web products.

The front-end developer will closely coordinate with the participants for one of our client project.

Responsibility:
Develop high-performance, scalable front-end applications using Next.js and React
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
Collaborate with backend developers and designers to meet project objectives
Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) for optimized performance.

Programming Knowledge:
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Expertise in React fundamentals, State Management (Redux, Context API)
Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js, API handling, and component-based architecture

Tools:
Visual Studio Code for development
State Management tools like Redux or Context API
Jest for unit and integration testing
API Handling and integration tools
Jest for unit and integration testing

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with modern front-end development trends
Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices
SEO Knowledge:
Knowledge of Technical SEO strategies and best practices
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking and SEO insights

Skills :
Proficient in React Js, Next.js, and TypeScript
Proficient in JavaScript(ES6+)
Expertise in State Management, Component Composition
Strong skills in Performance Optimization and building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
Knowledge of Responsive Design and Cross-Browser Compatibility

Team Leadership:
Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders and team members
Mentorship: Leading and mentoring junior developers
Problem Solving: Addressing development challenges and driving solutions
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitoring: Performance tracking using tools like Lighthouse and Web Vitals
Reporting: Regular updates on front-end performance and SEO metrics to the team and stakeholders
