Senior Frontend Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing features while ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers
• Lead frontend architecture decisions and best practices
• Conduct code reviews
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4–7+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Expertise in modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards
