Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js)

<Overview>
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js) with 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern frontend development. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Next.js and React.js, along with prior experience working on Property / Real Estate platforms.

In this role, you will lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and SEO-optimized web applications, particularly focused on real estate listing platforms, advanced search systems, and map-based property discovery experiences.

<Responsibilities>

• Lead development of scalable frontend applications using Next.js (App Router & Pages Router)
• Build dynamic property listing pages with advanced search and filter systems
• Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR for performance and SEO optimization
• Integrate REST APIs using Axios / Fetch
• Handle authentication flows including JWT & Role-based access
• Implement Google Maps & location-based search functionality
• Develop UI for KYC flows & WhatsApp OTP verification
• Smart recommendations
• Dynamic search
• Chatbot interfaces
• Ensure fully responsive UI across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile
• Create pixel-perfect layouts using Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap / Custom CSS
• Optimize performance using lazy loading and image optimization
• Follow SEO best practices in Next.js
• Use Git for version control
• Collaborate in Agile environment and support CI/CD deployments (Vercel / AWS)

<Requirements>

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js
• Deep understanding of React.js
• Experience building Real Estate / Property websites
• SSR, SSG, ISR
• Knowledge of Vercel deployment and environment configuration is required
• API integrations
• Authentication systems
• Performance optimization
• Experience working with deployment platforms (Vercel / AWS)
• Understanding of Git workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
