Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to design and build modern, user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces while integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Build reusable UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and Bootstrap 5.
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-quality frontend code.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL).
• Handle API data, state management, and error handling effectively.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and follow frontend best practices.
• Debug and resolve frontend and API-related issues.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap 5.
• Experience with frontend API integration using RESTful services.
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of Next.js or other frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or utility-first frameworks
• Experience with frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Basic understanding of backend technologies and authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 to 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
