We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer with extensive expertise in React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering, excels in applying design patterns, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail. A good eye for design and user experience (UX) is highly valued, as is experience with Figma and designing web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless, user-centric interfaces.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web components.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including modular design, code reusability, and robust testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Continuously improve the frontend development workflow by introducing new tools and processes.
• Ensure consistency in branding, UI/UX, and overall design standards across applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of core software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Expertise in crafting responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre/post-processors like Sass or PostCSS.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Demonstrated ability to convert designs from Figma into production-ready code.
• Deep appreciation for UX/UI design and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing web applications and working collaboratively with designers.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for UX optimization.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and internationalization (i18n).
