We are looking for a highly experienced Frontend Engineer (8–10+ years) with a strong background in enterprise SaaS applications and hands-on expertise in modern UI/UX design frameworks. The ideal candidate will be able to independently own the entire frontend development lifecycle — from design prototyping to production deployment — while also bringing backend experience in .NET.
This role is critical to revolutionizing the frontend of our chatbot SaaS platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience across web and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend Development (Primary):
- Architect, design, and develop modern, scalable frontends for SaaS products using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Material UI/Ant Design.
- Build enterprise-grade dashboards, workflows, and chatbot UIs with real-time chat, notifications, and integrations.
- Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible designs across browsers and devices.
- Design & UX Ownership:
- Work with Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch to convert product requirements and wireframes into clean, intuitive UI/UX.
- Conduct performance tuning (lazy loading, code splitting, state management optimization).
- Run usability and accessibility audits to meet enterprise standards.
- Backend & .NET Integration (Secondary):
- Work with .NET Core/ASP.NET Web APIs to design, consume, and optimize backend services.
- Collaborate with backend teams for authentication, role-based access, and secure API integrations.
- Contribute to database design and integration (SQL Server).
- Enterprise & SaaS Responsibilities:
- Deliver scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications with focus on performance and security.
- Build and optimize chatbot/chat applications integrated with enterprise workflows (AI-powered, live agent handover, notifications, reporting).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and work with DevOps teams for cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years in enterprise application development.
- Proven ability to independently build and deliver complete frontends for SaaS products.
- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux/Zustand, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Material UI.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and hands-on with Figma/Adobe XD.
- Solid backend exposure to .NET Core / ASP.NET applications.
- Experience in chatbot/chat application development (real-time chat, WebSockets, AI integrations).
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS patterns (multi-tenancy, RBAC, ABAC, micro frontends).
- Cloud deployment experience (Azure/AWS).
Preferred
- Prior work on enterprise chatbot platforms or customer support SaaS tools.
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.) for chatbots.
- Familiarity with micro frontend architecture and scalable state management.
